PAST LIVES PRESENTS :
CALL FOR LIGHT, A CONVERSATION
February 9th & 10th 2023
6:30 - 9:300 pm
Ever wanted to know how prison affects the people who are incarcerated, their families and the community? We are hosting a conversation with the formerly incarcerated and the communities that work with people living in prison, getting out of prison and the families left behind when a loved one goes to jail.
Some of the topics:
Who does it impact?
How does it impact?
Who it is helping?
Who are the helpers?
Join us once again in the Past Lives Gallery, featuring artwork by the currently incarcerated and local Portland Artists.
Listen to people share their stories about the time they served, learn impacts of long term imprisonment and meet the people working alongside the incarcerated.
